2. The industry works as follow: it is a interconnected network where companies convert raw materials, labor, and technology into the final project or services to meet their clients demand for profit.
3. My small business will fit in as on-demand creative + strategy sidekick.
4. I will need to do the following to get my company up and running:1)Clarify my business idea. 2)Build skills and tools for my business. 3)Create a portfolio for my business.4)Set up the business legally with the correct documents. 5) Setup my business pricing. 6)Build your brand(my logo, website, visual identity, business cards). 7)Build my client system.
Deliver professionally (set timelines, payment terms and conditions, communicate clearly with clients, and more). 9) Grow with the company and clients and improve as your business grow.
